MELNIKOFF FOCUSED "TEACH-INS"
The programme is built
around a basic timetable with additional "Teach-ins", depending on the programme
objectives. (A typical timetable is shown below)
For example:
· Marketing for non-marketing managers, the marketing concept, the marketing mix,
segmentation of markets, understanding customers, marketing planning and control.
· Marketing research: understanding the scope, use and interpretation of market
information.
· Sales forecasting and scenario planning and Interpretation of numerical data.
· Personnel policies, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Presentation skills - oral and written presentation of results and reports.
· Finance for the non-financial manager, including interpretation of company
accounts, ratios analysis, cash-flow forecasting, risk analysis & discounted cash
flows.
